I just finished these 2 adorable Annies, they are 18" and made from stained muslin. Blue Annie is wearing a blue calico dress and bloomers, she has a muslin slip with pretty trim stitched along the bottom edge. I stitched ric rac and a vintage button at her neck. Annie has auburn curly wool hair hand stitched along the seam of her head with a matching bow. She can either sit or hang.
Red Annie is wearing a red, blue, pink and cream calico dress with a checked top and bloomers. I stitched ric rac and a vintage button at the neck. She has curly wool hair stitched along the seam of her head with a matching bow.
Both Annies are made to sit or hang. Their faces are hand painted.

Busy Saturday

We had another snowstorm yesterday, school was closed...I'm anxiously awaiting Spring! I finished up these bunnies and annies this weekend. I love how they all turned out! All are handmade and designed by me. They're made from prim stained muslin that's been aged for a time worn look. All annies have curly wool hair hand stitched along the seam of their heads Annies have painted faces with tiny buttons stitched on for eyes.
I'm not sure if it's my computer or camera but the pictures look light and over exposed. Annies are not as light as they may appear. Please contact me if you would like more information on any dolls or would like to make a purchase.
Update: Blue and Red Annies are sold-thank you!
Bunnies are on eBay - click the link at the top of my blog to view.
Red Annie is sold = Thank you!
Red Annie is almost 17" tall, she's wearing a dress, under slip and bloomers made from cute cotton with polka dots and 'raggedy ann, raggedy andy' printed on it. I stained it for an aged look. She has red curly wool hair from 'primgal'.  She can either sit or hang.
Blue annie is sold - thank you!.
Little Pink Bunny is 13" tall, 17" including ears. She's a petite version of my regular dolls. See the picture below with the bunnies side by side for comparison. Her ears are wired so they can be posed. Her face is all hand stitched, with a sweet expression! Her dress is pink cotton with tiny hearts, I've stained it for an old attic feel. I added ric rac at her neck. Her bloomers are pink homespun cotton, also aged for a time worn look. She can either sit or hang.
Pink Spring Time Bunny is 16" tall, 20" with her ears. She's wearing a pink calico dress with pink homespun bloomers. I stitched a whimsical Easter themed border along the bottom front edge. Her dress has pink ric rac and a vintage button stitched at the neck. Her ears are wired and her face is all hand stitched. She can either sit or hang.
Little Blue and Pink Bunny is 13" tall, 17" including ears. She's a petite version of my regular dolls. See the picture above with the bunnies side by side for comparison. Her ears are wired so they can be posed. Her face is all hand stitched, with a sweet expression! Her dress is pink and blue cotton with little flowers, I've stained it for an old attic feel. Folk Art Annie is made to sit, she's one of my favorite dolls that I make! I love her round head and chubby body style. She's 16", 9" sitting height. Her dress is burgundy homespun on top, her skirt is a light brown cotton with baskets of folk art flowers. She has burgundy curly wool hair stitched along the seam of her head. Pink and Yellow Bunnies

I was looking at some pictures of dolls that I've made in the past and came across some bunnies that I had made around this time of year. Looking at them reminded me how much I miss sewing and creating. I decided that with the big blizzard we had this weekend that I would finish some sewing projects. Here are 2 very sweet but primitive bunnies in pastel pink and yellow. They were made from stained muslin that I coffee/vanilla/cinnamon stained for a time worn look. Their ears are wired so they can be bent or straightened. I hand stitched their face and whiskers. I added ric rac around the neck of their dresses. They are 16" not including their ears (21" from tip of ear to toe). I made them to either sit or hang. I love how they turned out...Yellow bunny is listed on Ebay. Thanks for visiting and enjoy your Sunday! Nancy
